Mr Midnight (Volume 19) LOL! And a small reminder if you already forget why this book. Here is one of the pic in project V.

And without a second thought, I borrowed the book!!! On the same night, my strong sense of curiosity has driven me to start reading it. Bed time story LOL. Finally I thought, FINALLY I would be able to solve this mystery. Read on if you wish to know more. *BE WARNED IT COULD BE LONG AND BORING*

Project V

Hmm how shall I start? Well as you can see from the book cover above, it has two stories in it (Flying Tiger Fist of Shaolin) and (Demon's Island) written by James Lee. I think you all should be able to imagine what are the stories gonna be like. Am I right? :P

This Story is about a two good friends - Dash Lai (boy) and Tina Teo (girl), roughly at the age of ten, learning Kung Fu together. There was this night, when Dash Lai was about to sleep, a floating hand with blood dripping went into his room. He was too afraid and thought it was a nightmare so he turned off the light and went back to sleep.

The next morning, Tina told Dash that she also saw the similar hand in her room last night but she is very sure that it's not a dream as it has blood stain on one of her book. In the consequence night, the flying hand came visit them again. It told them it is the "TIGER MASTER OF SHAOLIN" and performed some Kung Fu in front of them and left.

So the next morning, they hurried to the school library to see if they could find some info about the Tiger Master of Shaolin. Then suddenly, a Chinese woman named Wing Chun, dressed in an ancient warrior dress appeared. She was there to bring them back in time (the year 1776) to Shaolin for a mission against the WHITE SNAKES as both of them were the chosen one.

At Shaolin, the Tiger Master had awaited them. The Tiger Master then taught them some Kung Fu so they would be able to defeat the White Snakes for Shaolin. They learnt Sounthern Tiger Kung Fu, Five Points of the Star, Tiger Bares it's Claws, Tiger's Revenge and bla bla bla ..... The Tiger Master told them that the White Snakes were good in the Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu - The Six Harmonies Fist, Plum Blossom Hand, 18 Ancestors, White Gibbon Steals Peach ... (Those names are too _____ for Kung Fu don't you think? -_-)

On day three in Shaolin, Dash and Tina were almost killed by the Shaolin as they were believed to betray the Tiger Master. The Tiger Master thought that Dash had told their enemy (The White Snakes) what the Tiger Master had taught them so the White Snakes would be able to defeat the Shaolin during the combat in the days to come. After some explaination from Dash, and apparently there was some misunderstanding between him and the Tiger Master. (Regarding how and why, I will have to pass as it is too long and I am too LAZY!!) So they were good again. The Tiger Master then taught them the secret Kung Fu - The Flying Tiger Fist, so they would be able to defeat the White Snakes.

On the day of combat, the two prides of White Snakes fought against Dash Lai and Tina Teo. (And during the combat, there are a lot of Kung Fu names here and there zzzz) Like all the stories, the good guy will eventually win. Hah as expected. The Tiger Master thanked them for saving Shaolin and sent them back to their school. And guess what next?

That's pretty much everything of this story. It's boring right -_-? But it doesn't matter, the main point is the word "Paviour" didn't show up yet!! WHAT!? Stay FOCUSED. Must find the word before it finds me! So with a little hope left, I continue reading the second story of this book. Finger crossed that it's there.

The story began with an old man, encountered a shipwreck, and was brought to an island which looked deserted and horrifying - The Demon's Island. He then drew a map and wrote "HELP" on a piece of paper and put it into an empty bottle and threw it into the sea hoping someone would discover it.

There were three teen boys - Zephany, Axel and Corny, enjoying their vacation at an island resort. Along the beach, Axel found an empty bottle with the map of Demon Island and the word "HELP". They thought someone must be in trouble. They decided to go to the jetty to ask if any boatman there knew if there was this island.

At the jetty, there was one boatman there. At first, he was unwilling to tell them anything about the Demon's Island but then he decided to take three of them there, to the Demon's Island. Once they arrived, the boatman left them stranded on the island and went away. At night, they came across with a school of talking fish like creature. Corny managed to catch one with his floppy hat and examined it. It was actually a miniature electronic transmitter use to guard and spy the shore. Then the three boys went inland to find shelter.

Then, they found an empty village that looked like it had been left there for a very long time. They went in one of the house and stayed overnight there. In the morning, they saw all the houses around them were gone! Then suddenly, they heard a huge noise above the sky. It was a giant machine with four claws! It grabbed the house they were in and brought them to a base near the volcano. They were brought to a mad scientist which is known as "The Great Spirit" but calling himself Celsius. He told them his evil plan of which he was planning to fire nuclear missles to the chamber of the volcano in the centre of the earth, which will then lead to an huge explosion in the earth core and cause the greatest volcanic eruption the world has ever seen!

Later, the three boys were sent to the prison with the rest of the islanders caught. On that night, Corny had a plan on escaping this place. He unlocked himself and the rest of the prisoner and went to nuclear launching platform and the control tower. (Again don't ask me how he did it, it's so fakeeeee and not worth knowing zz) Then later, they were rescued by the chopper and the navies.

*FACEPALM* This story is even worst. If you have finished reading them, Congratulations to you! And nope, the word "PAVIOUR" doesn't even shows up, not even once and not even close. WTH!? Well, I might have misread? So I turned back to the first page and read all over again. LOLOLOLLL! GUESS WHAT!!! THERE IS NO PAVIOUR! HAHAHA MR. Jia Peng, you fooled me once but definitely there will be no second time. When the moon is full, we shall meet again and you shall pay! WHAHAHAHAS.
